My Experience with Woolworths Dash is becoming such a pain honestly. Today is my aunt's birthday in East London and I ordered a cake, the money was debited off mg card yet the order is being cancelled because apparently the I am not at the address the driver did not even bother to contact me. I have been ordering off this app for years and it's becoming really painful. What is going on! Why take my money when you guys are doing such ***** things WOOLWORTHS VINCENT EAST LONDON
I bought a couch online last year March. Before ordering the couch online I went into the Table Bay Mall beach to see. I had told the lady I would order online and no one told me about a warranty it was my first big purchase, upon collecting my couch which was so expensive no one told me partner about the Warranty as well we only though these things come with electrical appliances. My couch is worn after after a year and has a random hole and your ladies are refusing to award me my warranty which I only discovered on Monday. I've been ordering from Woolworths East London for just over three years now and never had an issue with delivery. This morning on my Granny's birthday I ordered I cake last night so that it would be delivered early this morning. Woolies called me but cut the call when I answered and apparently the driver said it's not safe, Since WHEN??? I spoke to two different agents and no one is able to assist me this is PATHETIC for a store with such high values "APPARENTLY"

I ordered a few things from Superbalist. One of the things I found disgusting was how the shoe I ordered looked like someone wore it and returned it, it has patches at the bottom and the sewing seems flimsy. My question is how do you send things like that to clients ???? Even have pictures of this like what???
I received 2 different ewallets with 2 different pins. One was for R1000 and the other was for a R300. I only received the R1000. When I called the bank and the secure chat they said I withdrew the whole amount yet I only got a R1000 this is a *******.i am so so ****ed
Went to Boa Table Bay Mall. My nails were done by talent first of all she filed a / Buffed my nails so hard and fast and I had told her which she listened. Then when I was down I gave her a good review I'm didn't have to because the entire treatment was so uncomfortable. I myself did a beauty course in both gel and acrylics and what I do know is the way she filed my nails that was not taught. Furthermore by Wed / Thur my right thumb chipped I complained and was to go back. First of all I paid Over R500 I don't want to go back for a fix unless it's for a new set. I then cut my nail short just for the chipped part to be off. Today is Saturday and wow the gel certainly is chipping off more on the same nails. Also I know how to look after my nails I do not do heavy work I've had nail sets for over 5 weeks. Totally pathetic service and I know for a fact I'm not the only one
