Usually use FlySafair for my flights, but due to an error on their app I paid to transfer a booking but it never tranferred. And I spoke to Customer Care since mid January this year, and the voucher they keep on sending doesn’t come through to my email or backup email. I can’t understand this continuous system failure and now I have to continue calling and emailing to ask to resend a voucher that is never coming through? This is truly unacceptable!

A fellow customer tried to ***** my phone just outside the shop, after cornering me at the tills and parked his car to block the door (which is not a parking space btw) and the staff only stood there. This is really an unsafe garage and I would recommend that you rather NOT stop there.

I have been trying for 2 months now to organize a collection of a return. I get NO responses and EMPTY promises. I spoke to so many people that promises a collection and refund and organized for someone to be home to handle the return. Would not recommend this place. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. INABILITY TO PROCESS RETURN. NO REFUND RECEIVED
Poor service and uninformed staff I wanted to return an item I bought instore witg my credit card. According to them they can’t credit me on a credit card, although I have done this before. They couldn’t give the credit in cash because they don’t have any. Now I have to go up and down to return the item PLUS they sent the wrong size on an online order I placed to get the correct size of the above item to be returned This service is just sad - you should be able to immediately refund customers
My workplace decided to get fibre with ITEC, as they said it’s great. Since the start of the project it was chaos, with technicians asking me about wiring and wasting my time to wait after hours to install the wifi, without any success obviously. And when the wifi is down and the pharmacy can’t operate, they just don’t care to escalate the issue. We are literally losing business and a lot of customers, and on top of that we deal with people’s health. I do expect better service, or any service, if we pay thousands of rands towards the fibre on a monthly basis. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Itec. You will be bettwr off with no internet connection, because at least that is cheaper than Itec.
What a horrific experience. Cell C is such a sad excuse for an internet provider, with the most useless customer service I ever came across. We use their simcard in our router at the pharmacy. We still have almost 100GB left on the simcard, my computers are connected to the router, but the internet doesn’t work. When I call 084 135, I get transferred from one incompetent agent to the next. The lines to the technical department just goes dead and then I have to start calling all over again. And the alternative number 084 155 5555 doesn’t even take me through to an agent. Apparently they have 24 hour customer service. But just without any service at all. They have the audacity to ask me to remove my simcard from the router to do a troubleshoot. Imagine, not being able to give patients that are sick their medication for how many hours it’s going to take Cell C to do the troubleshooting. Apparently there is no other way. And I got a new simcard in Aug 2021, just 6 months ago. I will definitely be getting another serive provider. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. VERY UNFORTUNATE SERVICE AND UNQUALIFIED AGENTS.
