Extremely Poor Service and Faulty Product – Still No Response

I am deeply disappointed by the service I’ve received regarding a refund request for a pair of shoes I purchased just over a month ago. The shoes tore on only my second wear, which is completely unacceptable for a new product.

I have sent multiple emails to your customer service team with no response. I even followed up by calling your call centre, where I was told the agent was busy and asked to provide my order number so they could look into my email. Despite doing so, I have still not received any feedback.

Your team continues to ignore my query and has shown no effort to resolve the issue. This level of disregard for a customer complaint is unacceptable. I am left with a defective product and no support. I expect better.
