Superbalist has refused to honour its own returns policy regarding a defective product. I originally returned this exact pair of shoes due to defects and accepted an exchange instead of a refund. The replacement pair was delivered on 24 November 2025 and also became defective within 6 months. Despite their policy clearly stating that the warranty period runs from the date of delivery/collection, my refund has been declined based on the order date instead. I have provided proof of delivery and screenshots of their policy, yet the matter continues to be handled unfairly. What is most disappointing is that this is already a replacement for the same issue, which clearly raises concerns about the quality and durability of the product. Customers should not have to fight this hard to have a straightforward policy app**** correctly. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.
I am deeply disappointed by the service I’ve received regarding a refund request for a pair of shoes I purchased just over a month ago. The shoes tore on only my second wear, which is completely unacceptable for a new product. I have sent multiple emails to your customer service team with no response. I even followed up by calling your call centre, where I was told the agent was busy and asked to provide my order number so they could look into my email. Despite doing so, I have still not received any feedback. Your team continues to ignore my query and has shown no effort to resolve the issue. This level of disregard for a customer complaint is unacceptable. I am left with a defective product and no support. I expect better.
I am still awaiting a response on my defective toaster return request.
The number displayed on google for customer service does not exist and there are no alternative contact details on their website. I am battling to return their defective toaster.
I bought a charger from makro which stopped working shortly after I had purchased it. I then requested a return and refund and the charger has since been collected by courier from me on 17 April and I am yet to receive my money or any communication or feedback from makro.
