Long lead times and poor customer service

I bought a pair of shoes I had seen online from Call It Spring after seeing them on Instagram. The size was not a right fit, so after 2 days, I requested a change of size. Shoes I had sent to them in December 19th of 2022, I got them back on the 30th of January 2023....pathetic service and lead times.

I had to be the one who kept on calling them to find out about my shoes as if that was not enough, I requested for a refund, only then did they send me the shoes........mind you, I wanted a refund because I had replaced them and bought other shoes to attend the event I wanted to go for

I was not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
