Unfair treatment

I'm not happy how my return/refund was handled. You can't just use your discretion as far as money is concerned. My rights were not cared for. Your orders are delivered within certain working days but my refund dates are calculated anyhow. I need that R100 that I worked hard for and your shoes are big cuts.

Besides anything your business or company was closed for some days during festive. Had I requested it be collected how were you going to do it. Please stop taking your consumers for a ride.
