Very dissapointing.
Initially the team at Calore were very helpful to get quotes sorted out. However, once payment was made, we encounted many problems. Most distressing is the smoke which floods our house from the indoor braai. We asked them to install an extractor fan, they said ok, and then walked it back and have no told us this is not possible. Major oversell on their parts

We have communicated with our technical and installation team and the feedback is as follows - Wood Braai – smoke will enter the room as the flue pipe installed is too short and not to specification. We have advised you on this and you have informed us we cannot extend the flue pipe due to aesthetic reasons. We have spoken to the braai supplier and an extractor fan can be fitted. We are in communication with your architect in this regard as of the 5th Sept. Gas Braai – you have opted to install the hood of the gas braai out of specification ie. 1m above the grill where the specification states max 700m. ( the standard extractor will not work ). As you have made these changes to the standard installation including manufacturing a new hood, we advised your team to procure a larger extractor fan and fit it. We cannot install components out of the manufacturer's specification.
