CAM Properties - KwaZulu Natal
I called to inquire about a property. The agent promised to call back - never did but sent numerous requests for me to fill out forms with ALL person info. All I was trying to do is inquire if the property was 1. Cat Friendly. 2. Had undercover parking 3. Had dogs on the property - 4. Had a JOJO and 5.If it met my requirements to meet at their office and GLADLY fill out application forms and bank details and sign lease and pay. I repeatedly said they should call present Estate Agent who would testify I always paid before month end - was a good and quiet tenant but no - CAM want all personal details before answering a few basic inquiries - it just stinks **** - selling of personal details.. cannot ever recommend them...

Cam Properties KZN horrible service
Horrible service received from Valerie, and she gets away with it because she is Family of Cheryl, Valerie is full of lies and does not provide feedback tenants are having to nag for water and electricity bills, even feedback on maintenance that needs to be done is a hassle, rather stay away. I'll send screenshots with proof bit Cheryl still takes Valerie's side, seriously ridiculous

Cam Properties KZN horrible service

Be aware dealing with Cam Properties, South coast, Kzn especially leasing and allowing them to manage your property. I do not recommend.
Dealing with the branch/staff at Seapark has been a disaster from start to finish. I feel they are disorganized, unprofessional, incompetent and the Owner appears out of touch. We are sadly about to get into a legal tussle regarding my expired lease and their demanding/bullying us to renew via them, although I have given them notice. Purely unethical and greedy to continue collecting/expecting their Management fees although there has been minimal and shoddy service, no inspections nor follow up calls or emails. I am truly disappointed dealing with them and can't wait to see the back of them. No wonder Agents get a bad rap. An annoyed and despondent Tanya Hall, Umtentweni
