Dear Camp Master Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding two Camp Master sleeping bags I purchased from Game Stores—one on the 13th of April and another on the 26th of April 2025. Unfortunately, both sleeping bags were found to have holes upon use, which is unacceptable, especially given the price points of R499 and R399 respectively.
When I returned to the Game store to seek assistance, I was told that these products are not designed for everyday use and that I would need to purchase bicycle patch kits to repair them myself. This response was highly disappointing and unhelpful, considering the substantial amount I spent and the fact that these items should meet a basic quality standard, regardless of usage frequency.
In the current economic climate, R899 is a significant investment for me, and I feel let down by both the product quality and the lack of support offered. I was also told that the products have no guarantees, which I find unacceptable for a reputable brand such as Camp Master.
I kindly request the following:
Immediate assistance in resolving this matter. A replacement or refund for the defective sleeping bags. Clarification on your warranty or quality guarantee policy for sleeping gear. Please treat this as urgent. I am happy to provide proof of purchase and photos of the defects upon request.
