Poor communication

When I started the process I was very excited as communication was regular but as soon as we agreed to pay for the service the communication become one sided. None of our queries have been answered. We receive an instruction but when you query something on the instruction your email is ignored. We acknowledge that they are busy but all customers deserve transparency. Better communication will make this whole process better for both you and us.
