DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I cannot believe the number of bad reviews here. This company deserves less than zero stars (a proper, negative rating). 1- star is too high a rating for them.

I should have checked this company out prior to making my online purchase. I would expect a company in RANDBURG of all places to have shipped an in-stock item within 24hours. I have yet to receive any indication of shipping.

Their web site boasts a contact number and a whatsapp chat link. The attached image shows how useful their Whatsapp chat line is since the only answer I got was an automated message. When I called them at around 13h47 this afternoon, a Tuesday afternoon, I got a telephonic message that says that I called outside of office hours.

The customer service here truly is pathetic, and if I can go one further, it is actually non-existent. Anybody that reads this: you will be better off buying your needs at a higher price from another supplier that actually has a customer service team, and a whatsapp chat line that actually works. Trying to save, by buying from this company means you are gambling and may just lose your money without receiving your order. I am quite certain that I will not be receiving any delivery from this company based on the other reviews I read here.

I will update this IF I receive my order. I'm not crossing my fingers for this. I have also contacted Paygate to query the actual existence of this company and for a potential refund.
