I purchased 4 x Solaris Ethereal curtains (2.7mx2.5m, priced at R2289 per drop) from this company on the 5th October. (Total price paid: R9156.00). I had to order yet another 2 curtains of the same product yesterday (26 November 2025), except that I needed 1.5mx2.5m. The curtains already bought, despite extra width turned up short for the size of my room. And I needed a shorter width of the same curtains to cover the shortfall. According to a salesperson by the name of Kutlwano Mokaba, the price of 2 of the shorter width (1.5m) curtains is R4453.43. Almost the same price as the website listed price of 2 of the extra width (2.7m) curtains (R4578.00). Upon requesting an explanation, the story was given (via email) is that costs have gone up, etc. But the website still boasts the exact price I paid over a month ago. And now, I am expected to pay the price of 1.5m of curtain at almost the same price as the website price of a 2.7m. I am appalled at this company. I will not shop here again. Their product line is good. And many people asked me about where I got them, including a family member who is an interior decorator. I will now be telling them not to deal with this company. Fairness of pricing is not there for existing customers.
They deserve less than a zero rating. Purchased boots from them, which I need returned and refunded. This happened to be a sale item that they will soon get off their website. 2 days gone since the email sent. And 2 days since I've sent a whatsapp message to them, which has clearly delivered, but I am not sure if it's been replaced or not. In addition to this, they only way to contact them is via email or WhatsApp. NO PHYSICAL CONTACTDETAILS. COMPLEATE ABSENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AS FAS AS I CAN SEE. LET US SEE HOW THIS PLAYS OUT. I AM ONE STEP AWAY FROM REPORTING TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL.
What a joke. THEY ACTUALLY CLAIM TO PROVIDE A 24 HOUR SERVICE on their Google profile. Frogfoot does not deserve any stars at all. Pity that Hello Peter does not have a way to allow a review with no stars, or even a negative rating. One star here is me being too generous. This is, by far, the worst service received from Frogfoot in Carletonville. If you want to be without Internet on a Sunday, like we did today, then go ahead, and join up with this pathetic fibre provider. But do not say that you weren't warned. I am pulling out and taking my chances the Openserve way. To Frogfoot: When will you actually open your eyes and look at the number of complaints that people put up about you???. And you call yourself a corporate? When will you actually rise up and actually deliver "a" service. As it seems to me as though you deliver a big fat zero for the amount you charge for your non-existent service.

However, my purchase of a Grasia dental unit (in 2019) has been the most disappointing purchase I've ever made, and not at all small price tag, given that this is a Korean brand (not German) From the outset, there were small issues which my technician was able to sort out like parts from the outside of the chair falling off (for example the back rest (plastic cover) coming lose time and again. This did not really affect the function of the chair or my daily aim of treating patients. I also always noticed that my second (old Adec) chair is better able to handle weighty patients that the Grasia can, as one can actually hear the struggle. Now it's the intermittent and random beeping that comes from the LED light, and this is not something I can explain to my tech as it truly just happens randomly. Neither is it something that one would want to call Istrodent for, as this will essentially become a double or triple call-out charge without the parts and labor to fix all this. The most recent problem is that of my dental chair not lowering to its original position. And now it's reached a point where patients are slowly struggling to climb in as this chairs' base height is way too high. I have once again asked my technician to have a look at this. In my clinic, there is also a very old 40 year old Adec chair that continues to work perfectly. This chair was bought as a second-hand chair and it worked for a previous dentist for 30 years. And it It's now in my practice for 10 years, after already working for 30 years, and it is still working flawlessly. So it now begs the question as to how a brand new chair bought from Istrodent in 2019, and just over the 5 year mark, now gives me all this hassle. Every year brings new problems, and this too, from the time of purchase. To anyone who is in the market to buy a dental chair, it is better to look at German, specifically Adec. They are workhorses. I suppose you get what you pay for. I do not recommend the Grasia dental units at all. Be prepared to be disappointed, and frustrated with these chairs, and be prepared to buy another chair withing 5 years. I will definitely be adding photos as soon as I get to my clinic.
I have always been a die-hard VW girl. Never drove another brand other than my beloved VW as they were once, a long time ago, a very reliable and cost effective brand. I cannot say the same anymore. I bought my 2.0L Tiguan Allspace brand new in August 2019, and have done all my services as per the usual service intervals. I had a service and maintenance plan on the vehicle. My warranty ended in August 2024, and now in November 2024, I have issues with my car randomly going into limp mode, and this too, on a road that is considered extremely high risk for hijackings. When the problem first happened, I went in to the nearest dealership, and I was told that the thermostat and the water pump was a problem. It costed me over R20000 to fix this issue. It's now barely a month later and once again, my car goes into limp mode on the very same road, at quite a late hour. According to the dealership in question, nothing untoward was picked up during services. And based on my dashboard, there was absolutely no indication that something was wrong with my car. So the question the now comes up for me is: If the dealership had supposedly run diagnostics on my car at this last visit, and did their checks during all other services, and despite all theses checks, could not pick up any issues, how am I supposed to smell when there is a problem??? I have now once again contacted VW Customer Care and laid a complaint. Over R 20 000 spent, and the problem still persists??!! This was supposed to be a safe car in my humble opinion. I feel completely deceived and disappointed in this brand. The customer care agent asked me what my expectations were in terms of outcome. Well, my answer to her was that given that not a single service revealed a problem whilst the car was under warranty and had a maintenance plan in place, and since I had no way of knowing that there was a problem via their fancy dashboard, well then, I am of the firm belief that there was an inherent problem, a problem that was there from the outset which their quality control failed to pick up. My expectation of the VW Team is to live up to their reputation of being a quality car provider, and to take my car, get it fully diagnosed, and make sure that all the necessary fixes are done at no cost to me. Based on the service history of the car, I am now questioning as to weather a diagnostic was ever done on my car during the 5 year warranty period and during the time my maintenance plan was active. Is this how VW now operates. Selling us a fairly high end vehicle, with a (not very cheap) service and maintenance plan, after which they only do the absolute BARE MINIMUM during the services. Why NOT DO COMPULSORY DIAGNOSTICS at set intervals too? I AM SO DISAPPOINTED BY THIS EXPERIENCE WITH MY TIGUAN. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS CAR UNTIL IT STARTED TO GIBE ISSUES WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP A LONG TIME AGO, AND NOT PUT ME AT RISK, GIVEN THE ROADS I DRIVE ON. I WAS PLANNING TO TRADE IN MY CAR IN JANUARY FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE. WELL, THAT PLAN HAS NOW CHANGED. FOR THE PRICE OF A FULLY SPEC-D 2.0L VW TIGUAN ALLSPACE that will most likely give me yhis type of nonsense again, I felt it was time to look at another brand that oozes safety. I am now seriously contemplating giving Volvo a chance. But I am still waiting on the outcome of what VW will do with the Tiguan than now sits idly in my garage. I once drove this car with extrwme internal pride. Knew I had the best of the best for the price. I cannot say this anymore.

Honestly, why don't you go and do some real work rather than bothering those of us who are actually working to make a living. I dare you to take me to court so that I can pull out all the reviews and complaints of your useless company.

I have a Vodapay swipe unit for which a nice si e of.money was paid. I have been using this unit for almost a year. Recently contacted them via email at (vps@xlink.co.za) for a change of bank account details. Over a week ago I was told by a Lesedi that they would need to send someone out to me to sort the matter out. I am still waiting, dearest Lesedi. Emailed you this morning too. And this is my final email to you and Vodacom whom you work for. There are only 2 ways to contact these people, via WhatsApp chat (absolutely useless) and email, needless to say what their turnaround time is on emails sent to them. I have now decided to go with another companies product offering that was slightly more expensive for the swipe unit that comes with free delivery and far more functionality. I am done with hoity-toity Vodacom & Vodapay. I am done with paying your ridiculous transaction fee, which should have been used for better after sales service.
I've generally had excellent service from Makro..especially when they used the Wumdrop courier team.. They now use the Courier Guy as far as I can see, and now, I have wrong packages being delivered to me. I now requires me to contact Makro to resolve the matter... I love the fact that I cam get my needs (especially heavy items) delivered to.me free of charge with orders over R500.00. But they really need to rethink their decision.to use the courier guy..
Delivered the wrong package to me. And then, they have the audacity to blame Makro, when the packages clearly show who the recipient should be. Now it costs me to contact Makro to complain, so that they can track and see what went wrong. And in the meantime, I had to go and pay again for the items that were not delivered to me on time.
