My family planned for 1 year to have our first White Christmas together in KickingHorse Canada, a mansion was rented, flights booked, ski passes bought, ski clothes bought, everyone was super excited, we applied for 3 canadian Visas through Visa Express way in advance and sad to say we are still waiting ..... one got his visa in time and the 2 is still not here after their departure date. I can't tell you how disappointed and disgusted I am . We spend a fortune in Canada and have family and friends there. We have been many many times and support everything we possibly can in Canada. I want the world to know how sick this actually is to treat decent people this way without even being professional and sending a message to say YOU ARE NOT GETTING A VISA WE DONT WANT YOU IN OUR COUNTRY. They leave you to spend R1.5 Mil and then just not reply. grrrrrr im so so mad !! I demand an apology of some sort while I go on another skiing holiday with half the family !!!! They will most probably still give the Visas just too late. Is there staff in the office that is lazy and simply just not doing their job or what is the situation?? There is NO means of contacting the embassy either NO PHONES NO EMAILS NOTHING . OUR APPLICATIONS WERE SEND THROUGH AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN ......... Believe me We are not alone, I've posted on FB and many many many people had the same complaints! This is appalling and not executable Can anyone please apologise .

I had sent my parcel via Aramax to them with an extra bag. They called saying its ready Aramax must collect i said cant you drop of at the the Aramax box they said no. All these answers where shouted out at me i said ok no problem I will make some arrangement. I called a friend in Pretoria who said he will go and collect it from the embassy and drop it at Arramax drop box for me So I called the Embassy to tell them is it ok if this person collects it for me. They screamed shouted and refused to talk to me. Why are these ladies so rude?

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving so far with my application for a tourist visa to Canada. This application was was lodged on the 16th of July 2015 with VFS Global who handles the applications on behalf of the Canadian High Commission, This is well within the limits of the 19 days that it supposedly takes to process a tourist visa. Since then, I have been calling VFS Global every day and was informed that there was supposedly a back-log with the applications which is why mine was not processed on time. I find this to be a ludicrous situation especially since this is just a tourist visa application and the waiting period is already unnecessarily long.<br> I am due to fly on the 20th of August and I am not even sure that this will happen because my flights have not been booked yet (the University is waiting for the visa outcome). This has now become an unnecessarily stressful situation. I am really disappointed with the (lack) of service I am receiving and this reflects very badly on the Canadian High Commission and is also clearly a reflection of poor management on their part. What is the point of applying for a visa within the recommended time frame then?
