Candle Deli - Buyers Beware

Candle Deli - I bought a candle mould from you guys and it was sent to me dent. The plastic mould was made from PVC - with 2 dents in the side. When I contacted them about this, I was told that it was sent in perfect condition and no way would they send me a product like that. I emailed pictures and called about this.

Angelique was so rude and basically accused me of being a liar.

Even before I received the parcel with the candle mould - she gave the courier a wrong number to contact me on.

Her attitude just made this situation worse. All I want is a the candle mould I paid for, instead, I got a substandard product with so much rudeness and attitude.

This is not how business should be conducted.

Where is honesty, dignity and integrity and general work ethics gone? The way I was treated by the candle deli owner/staff is unacceptable and I really urge other potential buyers to rather find somewhere else to buy candle making goodies.
