I’ve been working with Candle Deli for over a year now, and their service is fantastic. The quality of their candles is best, and their team is always friendly and responsive. Impressive and Outstanding Service
I ordered a soy candle making kit yesterday and it was delivered to Robertson today. Fastest delivery every. Very impressed. The amount of wax included is probably sufficient for 3 candles with the re-usable container provided. Their website offers an excellent range too. Will definitely be ordering other products soon. Thanks Angie.

Impressive and Outstanding Service
I ordered a soy candle making kit yesterday and it was delivered to Robertson today. Fastest delivery every. Very impressed. <div>purchased a mould from the company . using the correct temperature of wax the mould immediately melted , i sent images and an email to the queries email and the response was as expected . They refused to give me a refund and said they could not take responsinbility as the mould had been'put in the microwave' when that is the most ridiculous accusation. they had not even apologised for the fact that the quality of the product was beyond awful . In addition to this, the product had come dirty , it was filled with dust and a black substance that looked like dirt . the management / email responder is extremely unprofessional . Dont waste time buying from this company , low quality products </div>

Candle Deli - Buyers Beware
Candle Deli - I bought a candle mould from you guys and it was sent to me dent. The plastic mould was made from PVC - with 2 dents in the side. When I contacted them about this, I was told that it was sent in perfect condition and no way would they send me a product like that. I emailed pictures and called about this. Angelique was so rude and basically accused me of being a liar. Even before I received the parcel with the candle mould - she gave the courier a wrong number to contact me on. Her attitude just made this situation worse. All I want is a the candle mould I paid for, instead, I got a substandard product with so much rudeness and attitude. This is not how business should be conducted. Where is honesty, dignity and integrity and general work ethics gone? The way I was treated by the candle deli owner/staff is unacceptable and I really urge other potential buyers to rather find somewhere else to buy candle making goodies.
