Harmful ingredients
So disappointing. First batch of rabbit food was 5kg, filled with weevils. My rabbit actually began loosing weight rapidly. I tried a smaller bag hoping it would be safer. I found raw white rice inside it. Not a safe food for rabbits. Definitely terrible quality. Don't recommend buying this for your pets. Rather invest in a higher quality brand that actually cares about the health of your pets.

<div>purchased a mould from the company . using the correct temperature of wax the mould immediately melted , i sent images and an email to the queries email and the response was as expected . They refused to give me a refund and said they could not take responsinbility as the mould had been'put in the microwave' when that is the most ridiculous accusation. they had not even apologised for the fact that the quality of the product was beyond awful . In addition to this, the product had come dirty , it was filled with dust and a black substance that looked like dirt . the management / email responder is extremely unprofessional . Dont waste time buying from this company , low quality products </div>
