The Box Fashion
I love the Box Fashion. From day 1, they respond fast to questions or any concerns I may have had. They have kind and truly lovely staff that are understanding and really go out of their way to help. They even organized so my first box was sent to me before a function. I highly recommend them

Candle Deli - Buyers Beware
Candle Deli - I bought a candle mould from you guys and it was sent to me dent. The plastic mould was made from PVC - with 2 dents in the side. When I contacted them about this, I was told that it was sent in perfect condition and no way would they send me a product like that. I emailed pictures and called about this. Angelique was so rude and basically accused me of being a liar. Even before I received the parcel with the candle mould - she gave the courier a wrong number to contact me on. Her attitude just made this situation worse. All I want is a the candle mould I paid for, instead, I got a substandard product with so much rudeness and attitude. This is not how business should be conducted. Where is honesty, dignity and integrity and general work ethics gone? The way I was treated by the candle deli owner/staff is unacceptable and I really urge other potential buyers to rather find somewhere else to buy candle making goodies.
