Candy - terrible quality

I bought a washing machine from TakeAlot Candy washing machine, in 2023, Warranty is still active till 2026 The technician was here 3 times and could not come right, not complaining about them (technician). Anyway about a month of this it was escalated and I was told They were exchanging the machine. This a week ago I don't have a washing machine, my helper and I resorted to handwashing. I still don't know when you plan on exchanging I have NO ETA, no written communication I have been very patient

DON'T BUY CANDY
