Why is it so difficult to get of you guys??? A few months back I asked that my email address be changed. Well, I have not received any communication of GoSolr in connection with my account, which I know is in arrears, who am I supposed to speak too to make arrangements? I had the collector call me instead. Since my account is with GoSolr, it is their responsibility to assist me with the payment arrangement. I refuse to speak to a collector as I have not had a chance to speak to GoSolr. CALL ME!!!

I bought a Candy Washing Machine from TakeAlot in 2023( could have wrong year), but I confirmed that the warranty is valid, it is till 2026 Beginning September the machine stopped working I was referred to TnTrade service, who dealt with Candy for me, YOU CAN'T DEAL WITH CANDY DIRECTLY, I don't know why. I was very patient, technician was here 3 times and did not come right, not through any fault of his, but due to parts being faulty and other circumstances. Note: I was told the model I have is problematic with the motor Finally it was motivated for an exchange. 02/10 - month later. Anyway - that was a nightmare of note, waited up until the 15/16 October, was told I would be contacted before they pick up the damaged machine and drop off the new one. No contact made(they said they did, they didn't) They show up on Wednesday, 15th. I was at work so my son dealt with them, the attitude that he got was shocking. They took the machine, son asks where is the new one he gets told we will get it in a week Then again the 16th, they show up no contact, I was at the office, my son just got home and he got a call from the gate. The new machine has arrived. Due to no notification we were not ready and my son had to make a plan to have the machine brought in via the back gate as I had locked the front door, they were not happy I had no communication that they were coming how can I be ready. I emailed TnTrade, telling them I want a contact at Candy. Have had no reply So, why am I loading this complaint against TakeAlot Well, I bought the machine from them...... I can't find a complaints email or number for them, so I came here. I am sitting with the Candy Machine, still in it's packaging, I don't want it Terrible after sales customer support I am not willing to give them another chat. So come pick up this thing and can we arrange that I either get back what I paid for it, or I can get another make Looking forward to your response FYI - patience is very low, been patient since 2/09
I bought a washing machine from TakeAlot Candy washing machine, in 2023, Warranty is still active till 2026 The technician was here 3 times and could not come right, not complaining about them (technician). Anyway about a month of this it was escalated and I was told They were exchanging the machine. This a week ago I don't have a washing machine, my helper and I resorted to handwashing. I still don't know when you plan on exchanging I have NO ETA, no written communication I have been very patient DON'T BUY CANDY
So disappointed and upset with Pick n Pay. I ordered using the app. Ordered 3 items. My son received the package and noted that there was an item missing. Now bare in mind NO WHERE did it say the item was out of stock. I completed and paid. R195.98, went through successfully. I check the App, the details say I paid R 130.00 Look at what I checked out, NOW it says out of stock. BUT an amount of R195.98 was successfully deducted. I call for assistance but instead of listening I get talked over and get asked to send them a statement showing the amount went through Well, needless to say that was not possible I called my bank and enquired, yes the amount was successful So Pick n Pay are *****ing from the consumer The consultant and Supervisor were not helpful at all I disputed the purchase on the app,,,,NO ONE has called me Now Pick n Pay, R65 might be peanuts for you To me it's food I am sticking to Spar and Checkers, much better with customer service, THEY listen Their App advise you if an item is out of stock They even ask you to choose alternative incase the item you chose is out of stock Your app is disappointing
Car Track are up to it again!!!! I got a call from their accounts department early last week. I was told the account is up to date, Thank you. After that call I get calls from the accounts department now saying I am in arrears. I have told them I sold the vehicle, I need to cancel. I was busy with someone in retentions and was even willing to pay the cancellation fee. The retentions person was meant to have phoned me back but never did. Accounts keeps calling me!! I emailed them and have had no feedback!!! NOW CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT NO CHARGE. Your service is very disappointing!! Your accounts department is not customer friendly!! They are terrible! I just spoke to someone and while I was trying to tell them my story, he put the phone down on me!!!
