I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the type of service I received at Candylicious Grand West.
I called the store to ask if they had a certain item the store manager assured me they did have the item I was looking for. I informed him I'll be there soon.
I got to the store, the item was out of stock... He then recommended a similar item, which I then took (I had no other choice though because I drove all the way from Kuils River to purchase the item).
The Manager had a major attitude towards me and started speaking in his language which I think was very disrespectful just because he had to convince me to take the similar item that was not even close to the product I originally wanted.
Firstly, I called before going there. Why did the manager say they do have the item ? and I made sure he is aware of which product I am referring too.
This is poor service. They really need to step up their game.
