I am disgusted with the services I received at Cell C Parow Centre on Monday, 09 August 2021. I went there to get a sim swap, they advised me that I need a proof of address and ID, I made all the effort to get the proof of address just to get there again and them telling me with a don't care attitude that I need a bank statement... bare in mind at this point i was frustrated because why did they not inform me why i need a bank statement to rica a sim card. Their attitude was asif they were the boss and I just have to follow what they say. Also the guy's attitude was so bad he didn't even give me a chance to ask why I needed a bank statement to rica a sim card (as I was so confused). He was just like you need a bank statement when I tried asking why, and when I left the store I heard him and his colleague laughing. Is this the type of customer service Cell C provide to their customers?
Good day I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the type of service I received at Candylicious Grand West. I called the store to ask if they had a certain item the store manager assured me they did have the item I was looking for. I informed him I'll be there soon. I got to the store, the item was out of stock... He then recommended a similar item, which I then took (I had no other choice though because I drove all the way from Kuils River to purchase the item). The Manager had a major attitude towards me and started speaking in his language which I think was very disrespectful just because he had to convince me to take the similar item that was not even close to the product I originally wanted. Firstly, I called before going there. Why did the manager say they do have the item ? and I made sure he is aware of which product I am referring too. This is poor service. They really need to step up their game.

I am gutterly disgusted with MSC Cruises. We booked a cruise for Jan 2021 unaware of the pandemic that will hit us this bad. I requested from MSC to reimburse our deposit should we cancel, the response I got was: according to their policy the deposit amount is not refundable which i totally understand as the client... but the booking was done under normal circumstances and we no longer live in normal circumstances we are in a pandemic times have change and so did our economy... the offer to extend our trip to April 2021 but then we will have to pay a penalty fee... like really MSC cruises does not have any empathy towards their clients, they dont care as long as they get something out of the deal... this is what is call inconsiderate and bad service.
