Canobrella Canvas blinds

I had two canvas roller blinds installed by Canobrella. The product was good and the service and installing also. However, being canvas with plastic windows and zippers these items require support in maintenance and repairs. This is where Canobrella alias Sun Cover Systems cc are totally absent. I have been attempting since Nov 2018 to source their support re repairs required and yet after 9 months no response whatsoever. Telephonic requests to Sari (owner) & supplied photos of panels requiring attention have remained unanswered and totally ignored.

Canobrela does not do any after sales service - they are not available for this.

If your require a full and trustworthy supplier with after sales support you will be very pleased with Matrix Lifestyles Group in Benoni who willingly and very friendly came to my rescue to repair my blinds which the manufacturer, Canobrela would not. Refer: www.matrixoutdoorblinds.co.za
