No after sale service on a damaged product

We needed to close our outside area . We decided on awnings. Initially the service and product quality was excellent But then within the warranty period there was a tear on the roof. After many empty promises from their side they didn't come to fix it. We followed up and by then the warranty expired. They said it is out of warranty and refuses to fix it. After trying to follow up some more, they now refuse to talk to me
