Auto renew contract without authorization
They auto renew your virtual office contract even if you cancel it before the auto renew date. This is at Menlyn Maine I tried to sort it out but got no response Stay away!

No after sale service on a damaged product
We needed to close our outside area . We decided on awnings. Initially the service and product quality was excellent But then within the warranty period there was a tear on the roof. After many empty promises from their side they didn't come to fix it. We followed up and by then the warranty expired. They said it is out of warranty and refuses to fix it. Bad product and bad support
We had Jefo install a security gate at our front door. After abut 8months the paint started coming off. We phoned them and they said they will come and fix the gate. After many and many phone calls and empty promises of coming to fix it, nothing has been done It has been more that a year now Stay away from them. `Bad product and service
