Horrible experience after signing a 12months contract at Spaces Broadacres. Offices were experiencing load shedding without a backup solution. They wouldn't give me an option of terminating my contract after the 12months duration.

A cynical business model that treats customers with contempt. Auto-renew contract without authorisation, impossible cancellation process via an online site, slow customer service that can't answer direct questions and no escalation path when you have a complaint. Avoid getting into a contract with this company - it's not worth it.

I signed up for Spaces Works' virtual office a few years ago. I only signed up for the virtual receptionist. It started out fine, but I noticed that I misunderstood the amount I was going to be charged. After about a year I decided to cancel the virtual receptionist, because the quality of the connection was not great (I was battling to have a phone conversation) and it was rather expensive. I contacted Spaces to cancel the contract, but I was told that I need to keep paying for the whole contract term and that I need to cancel it on the app. I've searched high and low, but can't find the function on the app. I've read their online guide, but it is inaccurate. I logged in online, but the page where you need to cancel it is blanked out. I've had my personal assistant try to cancel it as well. No matter what I do I can't get out of this contract.

What a shocking experience, I got from Spaceworks Centurion a couple of weeks back. The board room was arrange for our companies first time meeting with an Oversee Manufacture, that want to establish its product line in South Africa as well as Africa. First the receptionist could not set up the room for our meeting and was not knowledgeable how their equipment work, We made a plan and set it up our self's not utilising Spaceswork equipment. We had to start our conference call late. Then there was suddenly no wi fi signal and we had to sort out our self's, because no receptionist. The service we order we never received. I cost me to send some one to Paris (France) to try and establish every thing. The complain we gave the receptionist was never given through to the manager. The the manager send us a bill with out following the right procedure. Then blocking us to utilize our contract with Spaceworks pathetic. If you want to experience bad service and people giving you the run a round go to Spaceworks Centurion.
