DO NOT ORDER. I am very upset happy with their service. It says that you will get your order within 5 - 10 Business days. I have been waiting now for almost 2 months & still no delivery. It is a ****!
Horrible experience after signing a 12months contract at Spaces Broadacres. Offices were experiencing load shedding without a backup solution. They wouldn't give me an option of terminating my contract after the 12months duration.
Horrible service at Vodacom Shop Fourways Mall branch. Reggie (supervisor) and Eugene (useless consultant) deactivate my number for 4days and I am STILL inactive. I am loosing business because of Vodacom incompetent staff.
Horrible service on my website development. They took more than a month to get it finalised and inaccurate information was uploaded (e.g. email address is incorrect). Services reviews can not be uploaded. We now have to rely on google website for reviews spending a lot of money on Ecoweb.
I am not happy with Vitality regarding my refund in relation to flight booster. I flew in July and four months later I am yet to receive a refund. Been contacting them for some time and all I am getting is excuses my vitality number is ********** 968

<p>In February this year, I had requested for a temporaly change from Red advantage to the VIP package now they have been giving a hussle to downgrade. This was agreed on a recorded call with one of their call center agents.</p> <p>I have been calling Vodacom for the past two months without assistance.</p> <p>If you are thinking of taking a contract with Vodacom...think again!</p> <p>Be warned!!!</p>
I'm sick and tired of your empty promises. A month later I'm still waiting for my window frames. I will make it my mission to ensure that customers are aware of your poor service. Nxa!!!
I ordered four (4) wooden window frames three weeks ago from Builders Warehouse Fourways. After making a payment I was promised by Jan Stuurma that my windows will be available a week later. Three weeks later my frames were never delivered to fourways branch and the sales guys have been playing ping-pong with me.<br> I am now paying the building contractor standing time due to poor management of orders by Builders Warehouse. It is my next step to ask for my money back and go somewhere else.<br> THIS MASS-MART MONOPOLY SHOULD COME TO AN END!!!
To whom this may concern <br> <br> I would like to express my disappointment on how my claim has been handled by Motorite on my maintenance Plan . I took my Audi A5 to Audi Rivonia for assessment by the assessor. <br> More than a week later there is no status update.
