Bad Service & Don't deliver

I bought the Canvas voucher on the 1 November 2019 from CANVAS IT and send them my pictures on the 4 November 2019. I haven't received my order even today they first said they will deliver before Xmas now they are saying because of loading shedding they will deliver Jan/February.

Their service is poor and they take lots and lots of orders and under deliver. I have been sending them emails asking when are they going to deliver and they are not responding they just say thank you we have received your email.

I Urge people to reconsider before using their services or they must be willing 3 months for their orders
