i have bad experience with flysafair with my bookings today, i made bookings on the app today and i made payment and confirmation was done an hour earlier i get an email saying my booking has been cancelled, why i dont know. Please rebook my booking because i dont want to cancel and accommodation has been reserved and paid for and return flights are booked as well. Please sort this out asap
I bought online at game store on the 28 March 2022, and i didn't receive all my order. i called customer care they said i can go to Centurion mall game to pick up things i didn't receive, i went there to pick when i got the the online team said they don't have some of the things they will courier them on the 04 April 2022. today is the 4th and i still haven't received anything. when i call them no one pick ups the phone. Their customer service is really bad because when you buy online you automatically avoiding ques to go to stores now am struggling to get what i bought and paid for it's been 12days no response whatsoever. The lady who works at Game Centurion Mall promised that she will call me and give me feedback she never did. Order number #1231979638
This company always brings my delivery late. My delivery was supposed to be delivered yesterday the 15 December 2021 and I called them on the 15th asking when will I get it the customer service was so rude they said your delivery is out for delivery today which was the 25 December 2021. Now when I track my delivery because I didn’t receive it it says it was returned back… why was it returned back because they didn’t deliver they didn’t even call to check were I was. I am disappointed in their service and this is the 3rd time now. And worst part I need my order Asap
I bought an item on hirsch’s online today as it was on sale and processed through payment. It went through and I got a confirmation email stating that they will let me know when my order is ready for collection. Now I just got an email stating that there was an error on their site they will refund me. I don’t want my refund I want my order as it was placed and payed for. They error has nothing to do with me.
I ordered personal things and they were couried via The courier guy on Friday the 28 May 2021 for same day. At 15.15 same day i called them to check my order, they didn't know were it was and when i track it via their tracking system it was not appearing. Okay they said they will check and call me back. The called at 17.00 and requested them that when they find it they must deliver it at my house instead of my work place. In the morning of the 29.05 2021 their customer service called and s=asked me if i didnt receive it and i said no shouldn't it show that i signed for it. They said they cant track it the driver also doesnt know where it is and i told them that i am leaving the house they must call me as soon as they find it and ask me where i am so that they can drop it off there, and they agreed to do that. Around 14.00 on the 29th the driver called and said he is at the gate with my order, i was shook and told him what i said to customer agent. He said he will leave it with the security and i said it's fine as long as the security guy would agree to that. Now my problem is when i got my delivery the lotion i ordered was a mess the container spilled all over and the package was a mess as they misplaced my order from the start and didn't know where they put it. I am very disappointed from The courier guy and their service and their agent called me yesterday to ask if i got my delivery when i told them about my order he said he doesnt care i can report them on hellopeter
So today the 21 April 2021 at 06.14 we went to caltex Doornpoort to pour 95 unleaded petrol for R200.00. So the petrol attendant came and poured it so he says and took the money and left without saying he is done whatsoever. Okay then we start the car to see if he is done and if the petrol gauge did not move it still standing still where it was. So we call him to come and tell us if he did pour it, then he says yes but our concern is it did not move at all. Then we asked for management, he came and said it usually does that so we need to drive few kilometres it will move but shocking enough it hasn’t moved. This never happens. We feel robbed by Caltex and we want them to resolve this because we can’t pour petrol but the gauge doesn’t move.
I applied online and they sent me an email saying i must call the RPL Department within 14 days in order for them to process this application , so i tried calling and the phone doesn't even ring, i then decide to send an email and no one will respond when you call admission they take their time to answer your phone. After they have finally answered the phone they tell you RPL works from home but my question is why arent they responding to mails if they dont have access to phones at home. I even got an email for Mashalm@tut.ac.za but she also doesn't respond. When you go to the main campus they also say they cant help you and even if they can help you they want you to pay for them. They want R1000.00. Please help because now i dont know hat to do
The service providers are not professional at all, i contact them on the 25 November 2020 requesting a quotation of burglar bars and they sent me a quotation 26 November and we made a 70% payment on the 26 November 2020. And they said their lead up 7 to 10 working days. And if i start counting 7 to 10 working days will be on the 10 December 2020. So we thought installation will be between 11 or 14 December 2020 since when they work only during weekdays. Now they are saying their installation day will be between the 16th to the 18th December 2020. I mean it's a holidays and it's long weekend people are going away for December. they tell me that if i cant wait till those days they will have to install in January 2021. The lady is rude she doesn't even want to understand the urgency of this burglars to be installed before we go away for the holidays. I wont recommend them to anyone. Basically they take 7 to 15 days for installation. Worst part is i kept asking when will the installation be, i said the 10th right? she didn't respond if we knew it was going to take this long we wont have considered them.
The customer service from this company is bad, after I bought a wood table from them beetles started coming out from the table this table was only with me a month now they are saying where i stay caused this. They are refusing to exchange or let alone refund me. They took the table saying they are going to fix it, it got worse the color I choose changed, the steel of the table seems like someone stepped on it while it was wet. The wood is dry not vanished like it was before. When I report about all this they saying there is nothing that they can do. And the person I am communicating with is Ashely. It’s unfortunate that they can accept your money and you must trusted that they will deliver only to find out that you should have went to a well known furniture store and bought your furniture there. Now I know and learned but it’s a hard peel to swallow especially after loosing R8500
I am very disappointed with Got Wood South Africa. I requested a quotation for Live Edge Table and it was sent to me on the 1st of June 2020 which was R8200.00 plus R500 delivery, so the total was R8750.00. The table was then delivered 13 August 2020. This table from the start it had problems, it was not painted right, they didnt paint it underneath their reason is that no one will see it but i requested for it to be painted and they did. The legs had scratches they had to come pick it up and go fix it now this table has ants which means it was not treated before they sold it to me. There is white powder coming out everyday from it. When i told them they said they will come and take it and treat it it is caused by humidity where is stay for which i didn't know this will happen. Know they pick up the table to go treat it and i said to them i no longer want this table because it seems like it will give me problems again. i mean no one wants to buy a table that will need treatments because of ants. I asked them to sell this table to someone who doesn't have humidity where they stay and change my table to a glass table. Their response is no they cant do that if i want glass table i will have to pay extra for glass. Why do i have to pay extra whereas i have paid before and am not happy with their service? Why cant they sell my table and do a table that i want? If you can see the table they did for me is mediocrity. The wood table was combined by glue that glue is also coming out it has lines in between. I am very disappointed more especially because i don't have that money they want. I paid what they wanted now they want more for something that they couldn't do.
