I have pressed the panic buttons numerous times to test their response time... I'm still waiting for them to respond months later...
So I called them on the 1st March to cancel and they gave me the run around. On the 5th March, after screaming and swearing they finally put me through to the cancelation department who said they will send me a cancelation form. I had to call in a few more times to beg them for the cancelation form. Today, 14th March, 2 weeks later they finally take my calls and send me the cancelation form only to notify me that it's a 3 month cancelation period.
Imagine paying another 3 months for a service you are not receiving. Disgusting and dishonest! Please save your money and do not sign up with CAP security!
