I have pressed the panic buttons numerous times to test their response time... I'm still waiting for them to respond months later... So I called them on the 1st March to cancel and they gave me the run around. On the 5th March, after screaming and swearing they finally put me through to the cancelation department who said they will send me a cancelation form. I had to call in a few more times to beg them for the cancelation form. Today, 14th March, 2 weeks later they finally take my calls and send me the cancelation form only to notify me that it's a 3 month cancelation period. Imagine paying another 3 months for a service you are not receiving. Disgusting and dishonest! Please save your money and do not sign up with CAP security!
So disappointed that I don't even know where to start. I have been on contract with Vodacom for 22 years now. I have 4 contracts with them and don't ever miss payments. I called in to do an upgrade 3 weeks ago. The operator offered me a deal as follows: R410 airtime for 36 months on top up at R1318.00 per month Samsung S22 ultra Samsung Watch 5 pro R750 voucher I accepted the deal and also got a call 2 days later from another operator to confirm this deal. A week later I called in to enquire as to what is happening with my deal and I got the excuse that there is no stock of the phone and it's on back order. I called in a few days later and got a different excuse that there is no stock of the watch and it's on back order. Then I got a third excuse that there is no vouchers. Then I was told that the deal has expired and there is another deal for R1750. This time the operator was pushing and trying to convince me to accept the new deal, of which I didn't. I told them that i wanted the deal that was confirmed initially or else I would like to cancel my contract. I then called cancelations to cancel my contract and they tried everything to convince me not to, including assuring me that they would get me the original deal as promised. It's now another week gone and still no news. However, I still can't seem to get them to cancel my contract. VODACOM HAS BECOME A DISHONEST COMPANY. IF ANYONE CAN ADVISE ME HOW TO GO ABOUT CANCELING MY CONTRACT, PLS LET ME KNOW. THE CONTRACT ENDS ON THE 27th DECEMBER 2022.
Staff never assist customers. Furthermore I ordered items that they didn't have in stock, they called me back to pay up front for the stock before they could order it. Then they messed me around for 3 weeks and eventually I asked them for a refund and guess what, that became an issue as well... after screaming and throwing a tantrum in store they were forced to shut me up and give me a refund. Terrible service, dishonest work ethics and I'll never shop here again!!!!!!! DO NOT PAY THEM FOR GOODS UPFRONT!!!!!!!!!
