Here’s my experience: - They sent me the incorrect coffee machine at first - ⁠took ages to deliver the new machine - ⁠delivered the new machine to the wrong address which made me miss several events I needed the coffee machine for - ⁠their customer service is shocking - ⁠they are slow to reply - ⁠they are even slower to make a plan to fix the problem. - ⁠on top of all this the machine they replaced is now faulty and they are in the process of sending a part for me to do the installment on my own! Shocking! - ⁠their prices are also higher than anywhere else in SA Don’t use them!
