Here’s my experience: - They sent me the incorrect coffee machine at first - took ages to deliver the new machine - delivered the new machine to the wrong address which made me miss several events I needed the coffee machine for - their customer service is shocking - they are slow to reply - they are even slower to make a plan to fix the problem. - on top of all this the machine they replaced is now faulty and they are in the process of sending a part for me to do the installment on my own! Shocking! - their prices are also higher than anywhere else in SA Don’t use them!
Woolworths delivered half my order and not the other half and now are saying I took too long to reply so everything has been sent back to the warehouse. I am now getting no responses from them and no one is helping or responding.
I am so upset with Capitec. I thought they where one of the better banks in SA but unfortunately not. They have been unhelpful in customer service and dont reply to my chain of emails. Then they close my Incident claim because there has been no activity within 2 days. It's impossible to get hold of them and get help. They promise to call you and then don't respond. So disappointed!
Fraud on my account. No effort to reimburse and reason being that I received OTP pins on email and not SMS. Waiting for follow up call for 5 weeks and had no response. Went into bank twice this week and still no effort to resolve issue.
