No delivery and no refund since 20 Oct 2024 order#1085
I purchased 2 items online jeans and a pair of boots under order on 20th Oct 2024 order #1085. Two months later I had not received my delivery. I received a response after emailing to complain 23 Dec 2024. The response assured me and that I will receive it. I followed up again 24 Feb 2025 and once again received a positive response but no delivery. I have subsequently asked to have a refund and no response has been received

CAREFUL ****!!!
BEWARE this is a ****!!. Cape Couture should be ashamed. They are marketing the fact that they are selling a South African made Quality Product when in fact they are ordering from TEMU via Baffeloex and YUNEXPRESS in China. While they market that they have a 30 day return policy you can do this privately which costs R2735.00 for a postal package via sea freight, or you can attempt to return this via BuffeloEx (free of charge). The only problem is that in order for BuffeloEx to carryout this return, they need a returns number from YUNEXPRESS (this number will only be given to the person or company who placed the order, this is not you, this is Cape Couture). This means that it is not possible to return the product that you have purchased without incurring costs that far exceed your purchase. Guys be careful. I Paid R1775.00 for ***boy Boots (marked down from R3550.00) that looked stunning on Cape Coutures Website. What was received from them is 100% what is on Temu for R686.00 called a high-top Chealsea boot.

please do not order from these people , the quality on the website looks great but what you get is very cheap , **** clothing from China . it will arrive - eventually - but you will be very disappointed .

Be aware of Cape Couture. This highly professional looking site is a complete con. Do not buy anything from them. The product that was couriered to my door was shockingly cheap and nasty, and barely looked like the pair of boots I had ordered. Nowhere near the value even of the heavily discounted price. I should have known when I could not trace an address or contact number for them ! These dirty rats are making a lot of money off people like us. I have now seen similar complaints from other consumers who were conned.

Useless **** brand
horrible. i ordered good looking leather boots only to receive plastic boots in a ziplock bag straight from China. useless customer service and ********* refund policy. ********s. 0/10 will never recommend

please do not buy from them. I ordered a nice looking jacket from the website and when I received the parcel, it was shipped straight from China it was a cheap knock off version of what i actually wanted. proper ****.

The store is an online **** selling cheap poor quality goods
Cape couture cape town is a ****. I ordered a bag that the site said was genuine leather. Only to find that it's nothing like what I ordered it's a cheap brown bag from China. The shipping was also from China. I waited almost 2 weeks for it, only for a cheap poor quality bag to arrive that was NOT like what is being advertised. Do not buy from them!!!

Cape couture cape town is a ****. I ordered a bag that the site said was genuine leather. Only to find that it's nothing like what I ordered it's a cheap brown bag from China. The website https://cape-couture.co.za does not deliver what is advertised on the website. They claim to be based in Cape Town, South Africa and that they support local artisans and sustainable practices. The images of the clothing on the site look like premium quality garments. A month ago I bought two pairs of bootleg denims on their supposed closing sale for R999.99 each. Only one pair arrived and it is nothing like the image of the pants on the website. The pants are made of a cheap, light, synthetic fabric printed with a blue pattern. I contacted the site to return the item and they shared their refund policy which requires you to pay for shipping to send the item back to China (so much for supporting local artisans). They would not refund me for the item that never arrived. They were unwilling to provide a business registration number or any South African contact details to confirm they are registered in South Africa as a legitimate business.
