Cape couture cape town is a ****. I ordered a bag that the site said was genuine leather. Only to find that it's nothing like what I ordered it's a cheap brown bag from China. The shipping was also from China. I waited almost 2 weeks for it, only for a cheap poor quality bag to arrive that was NOT like what is being advertised. Do not buy from them!!!
I ordered a new strap for my Daniel wellington watch on 01/10/2024. I have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service email and direct messages with no help. I am highly frustrated, sad and just really disturbed at the way I have been treated. I feel like I have been ****med for my money. I thought this was a good brand but they have been dishonest with me. I asked for a refund and no one has responded to that either as I would rather have a refund at this point.
Poor service, no matter how long one has been a customer.
Currently living on one of their properties in KZN ( The place that is said to be an estate) . It was sold as an estate. It is in fact far from it. You are in a block of flats with no security and no after hours assistance after 4pm,no matter what you need. People walk into the complex off the street because of easy access, they knock on your doors for money and peek into your flat! Huge safety concern. ****roaches issue that has been reported by tenants. Emails do not get a response when grievances are put forward. The flats are extremely noisy with people drinking and shouting on the complex in the evenings. No rules in the contract about noise so it's basically like living on a bar or tavern. No cleaning of the passages and stairs on the complex ,dust and leaves are swept and kept in heaves in the parking lot for the wind to blow again. Don't even ask about what the ******* disposal area looks like! Very unsafe that no one answers your phone calls on weekends or after hours. I had an issue 08/12/2023 and called the number of the caretaker who was said to be the one to assist on the complex but no answer. Definitely not a place to live for professionals and should not have been sold as such. I'm disappointed. I hope a lot will change from this review instead of tenants being ignored.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN: I bought a property from Harcourts Morningside in Durban in 2020. The process started off normally. However, once the paperwork was done, I was informed that there were tenants living in the apartment and the estate agent was unsure when they would be moved out. The tenants remained in the apartment for weeks after I was new owner, without my consent. I had no access to an apartment for which I was paying for. The rent due for the tenants was not paid to me for all this time but Harcourts surely knows who this money went to! That's not all- The keys to the apartment were not handed over to me by a Harcourts representative but they were handed over by the tenants. The estate agent Nomfuyo Nako was responsible for the sale and was nowhere to be found on key handover. The apartment was not inspected by Harcourts after the tenants moved out. I had to run after tenants asking for the key to the apartment which I just purchased!! On entering the apartment, we were horrified....There was extensive damage to the property, kitchen cupboards were lying on the floor. Pictures were taken. I am happy to share them with anyone who would like to see thee images. Harcourts then informed us they would pay for the damaged kitchen cupboards as their representative had not done due diligence in terms of key handover as they should have. That was 2020.To this day, I have not received anything from Harcourts, not even an email acknowledging their negligence in this sale. My family have used Harcourts for years and I have some colleagues who recommended Harcourts to me. This was not an experience I was expecting.I am utterly disappointed. I wouldn't want any buyer to go through what I went through with Harcourts Morningside. I have also sent numerous emails to the managers Wayne and Marlene Paola with no replies. I hope this helps someone who is thinking of buying property through Harcourts Morningside. What a terrible experience. To this day, no one has replied to my emails.
I just bought a whirlpool washing machine from game pavilion. Good service. Thank you
