Law firms

This review pertaining to the unfair practice where people in debt will never see daylight. There are law firms that are misusing the law. I am dealing with a firm relating to school fees where I make monthly payments but have never received a statement from them so I have no idea what I owe. If I pay late I get a notice that the sheriff is on his way.who So is this legal? What are my rights? I am sure I am not the only person with this issue. Help us as I feel we will never see daylight.
