Dishonesty
On the 28 around 2 am I had tyre burst when I was changing my tyres a towing truck pulled over of which I told them I'm fine I don't need they assistance when I was changing the tyre to put the spare wheel police came also to ask what I'm doing as happening I explain to them. They told me if i don't want to be arrested I shold let this tower truck company take s home and the car of which they charged me 650 which I don't have as I'm unemployed I told the police this and they insisted this guys to take me home and tower the car or I will be arrest for drinking and driving which I had few drinks during the day on the 27 so I told them i will organise the money in the morning which was 650 but when I call them on the 28th around 2pm to ask about the car they said it's 4800 if I want the car but ask the agreement was 650 why 4800 now they said for storage which I did not understand because the is no amount on the recipient they said I signed of which that signture is not mine. On Saturday 30th I called them again which I wanted to make arrangements with them they refused now the amount was 6200 I asked them how I'm gone pay that kind of amount if I don't have the car which I use sometimes to make money for rent food nd my daughters school things as I'm unemployed they said I must pay or they will repossess the car.
Please assist me as I do want to pay them if they can prove I signed and also send me invoice on how they charge their clients.
I did not call this company it's the police who forced the issue of a towing truck because they were afraid I was gone drive but the car had 2 tyres that were flat I was waiting for another tyre and also if I wanted a towing company the track on that car provides towing assist why i did not call them?

10 May 2022, 11:13Please do as I have been trying to understand how the money intial was 650 on the 28th when I called few hours late it was 4000 when I whtsapp it was 4850 and on the 30th it was 6200. Although when I told the police and themselves I don't have the 650 and I'm unemployed but because the police said they will arrest me and I was afraid of that,when I went to the police station they told me the police where wrong and your guys where wrong if I was drunk the police should have arrested me nd call the police towing truck to tow my car to the police station my car was not in any accident that day has my tyre on the left were damage and I had 1 spare wheel and I call for another spare wheel that car was in a drive condition and because it was facing wrong side they never ask what happen the car was stuck as it run out of petrol and I wanted it on the side where the my citi bus drive as I knew the is no my citi bus at 2am

So we have investigated the allegations and we do stand by the towing costs. we initially stopped on the scene to assist you to change the one wheel as it looked like you had a flat tyre. After closely looking at the car we soon realised that you had mounted the curb and completely damaged both of your tyers and mags. (We have pictures to support) The fact that the Police said to you that you were not in a legal state to drive has nothing to do with us and we were there to do our job with roadside assistance.

10 May 2022, 11:55As you greatfully point out you side of the story I have pointed my side of the story which intact shows how you guys treat people first I did not need any assist from you guys as I told them in fact you failed to point when the second guy came I already removed 1 back tyre and you also fail to state that in noway you can say that was in accident because if you have pictures of the car you notice the left front fender is black to show the was in accident already before the 28 and second I don't dispute both tyres where damage that's why I called people to assist with the second spare wheel as I had 1 spare wheel ,second you will say it's not you problem that the police did what they did as you always said from last week they are your witnesses they know I had no desire or wanted your assistance up until they were on the scene as I repeatedly told your drives before and when the police were the that I don't need your assistance as I did not have money the 650 and I was not employed from the first day the was an arrogance or no willingness to assist me in paying all I was told is if you don't pay we will take the car and sell it and also the is the matter of the recipient which you claimed I sign
