Terrible Service
Paid R2500 for them to come and repair my fridge, in which they put in a new fan and within a few weeks the fridge continued to make a loud humming sound. The sound has not gone away for months and have tried to get them back to replace the fan and offered to pay them for this and they have ignored my requests. Do not use this company

Terrible Service

Extremely bad service
My first call out with these guys I explained the problem I had with the fridges they gave me a quote and told me all was fixed - well after paying R3500 to fix them they are still not working they now trip the electricity which was not happening prior to them fixing what they said they had fixed - very bad service - I have phoned them on numerous times to get them to come back and actually fix the problem that they never fixed originally. They did return after a number of calls and still it is not fixed and they said I must pay more for them to come back as they need to order another part and that I must pay up front for it .... reallly!!!!!!!!! I will never use Cape Town Appliance Repairs for any form of future work. R3500 was a lot of money for what they needed to do - I also feel I have been ripped off completely without anything work for what I paid. Both fridges are Bosch I am surprised that Bosch actually register with Cape Town Appliance Repairs This kind of service is totally unacceptable. I can't speak to a manager as Patrick seems to be the manager so where to now for a good repair guy for Bosch??????

Con artists and not honoring warranties
My mother had her Fridge repaired and a19.01.2021 and the motor was replaced and it was regassed a week later the Fridge stops working and we call Patrick 067 968 5162 from Cape appliance repairs to take a look at what is wrong with the Fridge and the promised since 9h00 this morning he would have someone go out now is ignoring our calls and whats app's and is clearly not gonna honor the repairs. Please what ever you do, do not use this company they are conning people.

Appliance repair rip off
My Bosch washing machine was not draining. The top advert was Cape Town Appliance Repairs. (The ad was very professional). A Zimbabwean pitched up in a bakkie and said there was a R250 call-out fee and he would look at the machine and quote. This is normal. Quoted me R900 for a pump winding. Then the Labour fee of R1400 per hour! I was stunned. Turns out this is Patrick the owner of the “business”. I checked on average hourly rates, which are around R450 per hour. This guy is a chancer. Do not use him.

Washing machine repairs - 'Repair Appliances' website
My washing machine needed fixing so I called one of the top listed companies on a Google search: "Repair Appliances - same day expert service." A guy called Patrick came to "fix" my machine, made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home, forced me to pay R1500 immediately via iMali instead of EFT and threatened me if I didn't pay. My machine was not fixed, and he never answered my calls again. I hope no one else uses this guy and makes the same mistake I did by not going with a professional, reputable company (I thought I was doing just that as his website looked the part).
