Alan the owner is the most disgustingly rude individual. No respect for anyone. I would stay away from using this business at all costs.

Extremely bad service
My first call out with these guys I explained the problem I had with the fridges they gave me a quote and told me all was fixed - well after paying R3500 to fix them they are still not working they now trip the electricity which was not happening prior to them fixing what they said they had fixed - very bad service - I have phoned them on numerous times to get them to come back and actually fix the problem that they never fixed originally. They did return after a number of calls and still it is not fixed and they said I must pay more for them to come back as they need to order another part and that I must pay up front for it .... reallly!!!!!!!!! I will never use Cape Town Appliance Repairs for any form of future work. R3500 was a lot of money for what they needed to do - I also feel I have been ripped off completely without anything work for what I paid. Both fridges are Bosch I am surprised that Bosch actually register with Cape Town Appliance Repairs This kind of service is totally unacceptable. I can't speak to a manager as Patrick seems to be the manager so where to now for a good repair guy for Bosch??????
