Very bad service

My wife took me out to dinner on the 4th of February for my birthday.

It was a good night that was wasted. From the poor service from the waiter to the manager to the burnt meat. The manager refused to speak to us and preferred to give his attention to the hotel guests.

I got up from my table and approached him. His defense was that he did not know where we sat, this after the supervisor showed him where we sat. We could see everything from where we sat and could see her talking to him and also pointing in our direction.

The restrooms were dirty with urine lying on the floor and the sinks were also very dirty.

The poor service, issues with the food, and the state of the restrooms. It's a shame when a place I trust to offer great service lets me down in such a big way. The manager’s attitude is especially upsetting, as it seems like he didn’t even make an effort to resolve the situation or show me any courtesy

It's especially frustrating when I try to resolve things directly and still get brushed off. It’s unfortunate when an International well-known Hotel with such a good reputation doesn't live up to its standards.
