Unscrupulous car hire service providers with shady dealings

This is a pathetic service provider in Durban under the flagship of car hire. A car was returned and declared compliant after thorough inspection by the staff member and the driver (borrower). They refused to give us the carbon copy of the inspection and today Previn sends us a message telling us they want to use our money to fix the car for a scratch we did not have anything to do with.

It is an apparent practice that small time car hiring service providers claim to find post dents after their drivers who wash the vehicles damage the vehicles and the want to claim this on previous unassuming borrowers of vehicles.

They reserved R7000 from my bank account and do not want to return it and they’ve always known about this dent but want to get their hands on our money.

Please refrain from using these criminals no matter how desperate you are.
