Best lunch EVER!
⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ If I could give 10 stars, I honestly would! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Cappuccinos – Cradlestone Mall has officially become my new favourite place to eat! We had lunch there today and I’m not even exaggerating when I say this was the best meal I have ever had. I ordered a pizza and listen… WOW. I’m talking next level, better than every pizza place kinda good. Cappuccinos just took the crown and ran with it. My husband had a burger that looked like something off a food commercial! juicy, stacked, delicious. And the biggest shock of my life! My son actually ate. This child refuses to eat anywhere… but today, he finished his food without a fight. That alone deserves 5 stars all by itself! And then the staff… oh my word. Our waiter was honestly the best waiter I’ve ever had. Friendly, attentive, patient, and just made us feel so welcome. You can see they take pride in their service and their food.

PATHETIC SERVICE WITH ZERO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS.
Extremely disappointed with the Cuppochinos at Harvest place Kempton park. We ordered food waited a very very long time by the time I got my pizza it was ice hold, I then requested to see the manager, mind you he was available but my request was ignored. I sent the pizza back, when the second one came back WHICH I DOUBT was actually a new Pizza made, THE PIZZA ON THE one side was COMPLETELY FULL OF WATER SO waterish . This is pathetic service Cuppichonos Harvest place as a loyal client who spends a lot of money at the cappuccinos franchise I'm now considering never going back to a cappuccinos restaurant.

Shrinkflation Time People !!!
It happened, Cappuccinos have now become shrinkflation aware, I know it's probably not even worth the mention, we go there each and every month, and I always order the same, bacon, egg and cheese toasted, today the amount of cheese was considerably less, they halfed the amount of bacon, and now there is only one egg...just not worth R100 anymore. That toasty shrank BIG time. Disappointing.

Shrinkflation Time People !!!
It happened, Cappuccinos have now become shrinkflation aware, I know it's probably not even worth the mention, we go there each and every month, and I always order the same, bacon, egg and cheese toasted, today the amount of cheese was considerably less, they halfed the amount of bacon, and now there is only one egg...just not worth R100 anymore. Toilets hygiene and female toilet not locked
Ladies toilet cannot be locked or have a handle and the toilets are not maintained they are dirty and not user friendly could not even find soap. Please fix this as this is a nice chilling spot but not safe for us ladies please also try to keep toilets clean.CAPPUCCINOS MIDDELBURG MALL… Thanks

****roaches infestation at Cappuccinos Blue Hills
I am a regular at Cappuccinos Blue Hills. I use the restaurant as my second office. Meaning I spend a significant amount of time at the restaurant. However, my visits to the restaurant are daytime. This evening (25 Feb 2025), I decided to do some work from the restaurant and not home. The number of ****roaches I saw at night was scary and disappointing. I confronted the manager about the issue, though being apologetic, was aware of the issue. Based on his explanation, fumigation is ineffective. To the management of this Cappuccinos and others ensure that the resturants are cleaned properly. Needless to say, you have lost me as a customer.

Dissapointment at its best
Dissapointment at its best....i am due to give birth but yet i drove 5k to cuppuccinos in highveld mall to buy their prawns on special as i always njoy them and i was not doing it for the first time n to my surprise at the entrance they told me i cant buy the prawns on special if m Leaving i should seat in... What the hack cause u can always opt to sit in n if something comes up after they gave you the food does that mean u wont make a take away n leave with them they gonna take them away from u? .... It really doesnt make sense please review it n give it a different approach. I went back without the prawns as the manager also told me that its not possible for me to buy..... I've always loved it but from now on its the worst restaurant of them all n i dont even think i will recommend it to anyone of my family or even order for that matter.
