⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ If I could give 10 stars, I honestly would! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Cappuccinos – Cradlestone Mall has officially become my new favourite place to eat! We had lunch there today and I’m not even exaggerating when I say this was the best meal I have ever had. I ordered a pizza and listen… WOW. I’m talking next level, better than every pizza place kinda good. Cappuccinos just took the crown and ran with it. My husband had a burger that looked like something off a food commercial! juicy, stacked, delicious. And the biggest shock of my life! My son actually ate. This child refuses to eat anywhere… but today, he finished his food without a fight. That alone deserves 5 stars all by itself! And then the staff… oh my word. Our waiter was honestly the best waiter I’ve ever had. Friendly, attentive, patient, and just made us feel so welcome. You can see they take pride in their service and their food.

Are you afraid of them? Because at this point, that’s the only explanation for why absolutely zero action has been taken. Let me spell this out again: 1. The dog is still getting out. This week, I had to physically fight it off when it jumped on me trying to ***** my food. It was loose—again. My emails are proof that I have been warning you over and over. 2. The boy screams outside every morning between 6:00 and 6:30 AM, loud enough to wake me up. This is unacceptable. If this continues tomorrow, I will personally confront his mother or their helper because, clearly, no one else is doing anything about it. Since Status Mark refuses to enforce complex rules and allows Unit 27 to do whatever the hell they want, I will be taking action myself. • The SPCA is being called today. • If this noise issue continues, I will be reporting Status Mark to the Property Housing Association for neglect and **************. My 3-year-old child was physically assaulted by one of your customers, who decided to intervene in a playground matter—something that your staff are employed to supervise, correct? It is my understanding that there is a designated staff member who monitors the playground to maintain order and ensure children’s safety. Yet, in front of your staff, a grown man physically pushed my child to the ground, shouted at him, and assaulted him. How was this allowed to happen? When I brought this to the attention of your manager, the response was nothing short of appalling. Instead of treating the matter with the gravity it deserves, your manager appeared more focused on downplaying the situation and “keeping the peace” rather than addressing the fact that a grown man had physically assaulted a child on your premises. This dismissive attitude is unacceptable. Let me be clear: no adult has the right to lay a hand on another person’s child. This is a fundamental principle of decency and common sense. Your manager’s lack of concern and refusal to take meaningful action only compounded the distress of this situation. To add insult to injury, when I requested to view the security footage, I was told that a lawyer would need to request it. I acknowledge your call and apologize for missing it, as I was in a Zoom meeting at the time. I am seeking clarity on the delay in processing this refund. Typically, refunds do not take longer than 48 hours. For comparison, I receive payments from the U.S. within three days. Given that, I’m finding it difficult to understand why a refund from Apple is taking so long. Could you please provide a detailed! explanation of what is causing this delay? The payment from my side was immediate, and I would appreciate knowing why the refund process is not equally prompt. When purchasing the iPad, the transaction was instantaneous—no delays were communicated. Naturally, I expected the same efficiency when it comes to refunds. I am going to contact tracker and I will find out where my car was, and if it was being used for personal use! Absolutely ridiculous service lve received from this company…. Ask your staff who’s kid this toy belongs too and it wasnt the only thing I found!

Please explain to me how your assessor can make an assumption! By photos how much damages will be ? He received two quotes, R 30 785.94 and R43,964.96 then just by him looking at pictures he came up with R21K ? If he was unsure or couldn’t see the damages properly he could have picked up the phone! And requested to come view the car, not a problem at all, that’s the RIGHT way it should have been done! But instead he just assumed an amount based JUST on his experience ? Please explain why my quote from your assessor was so low ???? And how are the PANEL BEATER prices so higher than his ? And they DEAL with this everyday ! It is their job! They physically saw the damage! Now your assessor comes with such a low amount please explain? Because this is looking very ****** if you actually look at the difference in amounts …. So I want to know how your assessor came to that amount just by looking at pictures. I want to know exactly how he come to that amount and how the difference are so different? Doesn’t make since at all ? Only that this is a ****** matter, I have no other reason to believe not. I COULD never fix my car with R21K! I got 5 quotes, from different places, and they were all over R30K, so explain why my amount is so low ?
