Mixed Feelings at Cuppachinos (Cradlestone Mall)

​I stopped by Cuppachinos at Cradlestone Mall yesterday for what I thought would be a quick, simple breakfast, but the experience left me feeling a bit conflicted. ​The Experience ​The Food: I ordered a basic breakfast. While the food itself was fine once it arrived, the wait time was surprisingly long for such a simple order. ​The Coffee: This was the biggest disappointment. For a place with "Cuppachino" in the name, I expected a high-quality brew. Unfortunately, it was horrible and served cold, which really put a damper on the meal. ​The Service: The saving grace of the visit was the staff. My waitress was incredibly friendly and polite; she was clearly trying her best despite the delays in the kitchen and the issues with the coffee.
