I have been with Capricom for a week, the fiber runs through vumatel, since last night 7pm we have had an outage, when I phoned last night the guy that helped me was really helpful and friendly, when I phoned this morning another lady answered and was rude and not helpful at all, just said she does not have any info, I phoned back again and they put me through to a guy and again this employee was really helpful and friendly and emailed vumatel for more info and in 10 minutes he phoned me back and gave me an update, this was around 1pm. I phoned again now at 4pm and a lady transferred me to a guy that was sooo rude!!! He spoke to me as I was a child, then I asked to be put through to management and the call dropped, they phoned me back and I spoke to Heidi that works in HR, she was so friendly and helpful and explained everything so calmly even though I was very mad at how I was treated by the previous employee. To get to the point, people learn your employees how to speak to clients and not be rude if we phone for a update! This is absolutely a big reason why people take their business elsewhere!! Thank you to Heidi for being so understanding and helpful! I hope that the rest of the staff will learn from you on how to talk to clients.

I am writing my disgrace of this companies account dept in the manner in which they engage customers on queries and threathen customers. They have no logic understanding of how to manage their accounts. They are totally *********** and unprofessional. Paid my account R101 more than what they charged for 14 months and then tells me I still owe them money when my account should be in a credit!

I am highly disappointed in the Capricom Polokwane branch service I have been engaging them since the beginning of the month to get my account activated, till today the account is still not active. I am running a business and need wifi, a consultant by the name of Marco has been on this case and it does not seem to be moving. I am extremely disappointed that today is the 1st, and our WiFi service is still not activated. I have been following up on this matter for the entire month, yet there has been no resolution. If you are not in a position to provide the service, kindly communicate this directly. At this stage, I need clarity on what further steps are required from my side to finally get this service activated. If we are struggling so much just to get activation how much worse will it be to get help when wifi is down.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They wrongly accused me of owing them money and even threatened me with legal action despite the mistake being on their side. To make matters worse, after realising their error, they did not send any apology. Their failure to verify the facts before making such accusations caused me unnecessary stress and frustration.

Our wifi suddenly stopped working on Wednesday 19 February 2025. I called Capricom the following day and politely requested that they have a technition sent out to repair and or advise us on what to do. The operator logged the call and said a technition will be notified and that I can expect a call soon. Friday several calls later, the same message was given to me still without any feedback or call from a technition. It is now Saturday the 22nd of Februay. I am still patiently awaiting a call from a Capricom tech. The service I received in the past has generally been good. I do expect better service from them as I view myself as a valued and worthy customer.

Technical Support service for Capricom Networks is poor. Weekends no technical support, was given a jobcard number and told "they will call you in the week" The whatsapp responds but slowly and rather very unfriendly e.g. when i ask when will i be assisted, the response is "jobcard opened". no further explanation on jobcard processes. i think the communication is cold and poor. My wifi went off after loadshedding on Saturday. Since i reported on the group at 15H06 the final answer was at 19H03 with "jobcard opened". I sent pics and nothing was said about it. Monday morning 9H35 I was told Velito will call me back, at 11H55 again I was told Velito will call me back. I've been without WIFI since Saturday. It is clear that there is no technical assistance on weekends. When taking out the contract they said they do assist on weekends. I enquired Monday morning and was told they do assist till around 22H00 on weekends. Whomever I spoke to on whatsapp said they will assist during the week. I personally feel that is poor service , to wait the whole week not knowing whether they will come or not. I expected better from Capricom Networks.

I have very terrible experience, my mom got visit from Capricom stating that the acc is in arreas and they are dismantling the equipment mind that I never get any type of communication regarding the arraes issue, I advised the man by the name of JJ Jordan that this is against their contract as it stipulate that they must call and send the email in this regard and I have also complaint about the slowly of their internet of which they never helped me they are very rude from the beginning with installation is time I expose them and escalate this to ICASA and the ISPA board I won't rest until the law dealt with them
