I have been with Capricom for a week, the fiber runs through vumatel, since last night 7pm we have had an outage, when I phoned last night the guy that helped me was really helpful and friendly, when I phoned this morning another lady answered and was rude and not helpful at all, just said she does not have any info, I phoned back again and they put me through to a guy and again this employee was really helpful and friendly and emailed vumatel for more info and in 10 minutes he phoned me back and gave me an update, this was around 1pm. I phoned again now at 4pm and a lady transferred me to a guy that was sooo rude!!! He spoke to me as I was a child, then I asked to be put through to management and the call dropped, they phoned me back and I spoke to Heidi that works in HR, she was so friendly and helpful and explained everything so calmly even though I was very mad at how I was treated by the previous employee. To get to the point, people learn your employees how to speak to clients and not be rude if we phone for a update! This is absolutely a big reason why people take their business elsewhere!! Thank you to Heidi for being so understanding and helpful! I hope that the rest of the staff will learn from you on how to talk to clients.

I am writing my disgrace of this companies account dept in the manner in which they engage customers on queries and threathen customers. They have no logic understanding of how to manage their accounts. They are totally *********** and unprofessional. Paid my account R101 more than what they charged for 14 months and then tells me I still owe them money when my account should be in a credit!

I am highly disappointed in the Capricom Polokwane branch service I have been engaging them since the beginning of the month to get my account activated, till today the account is still not active. I am running a business and need wifi, a consultant by the name of Marco has been on this case and it does not seem to be moving. I am extremely disappointed that today is the 1st, and our WiFi service is still not activated. I have been following up on this matter for the entire month, yet there has been no resolution. If you are not in a position to provide the service, kindly communicate this directly. At this stage, I need clarity on what further steps are required from my side to finally get this service activated. If we are struggling so much just to get activation how much worse will it be to get help when wifi is down.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They wrongly accused me of owing them money and even threatened me with legal action despite the mistake being on their side. To make matters worse, after realising their error, they did not send any apology. Their failure to verify the facts before making such accusations caused me unnecessary stress and frustration.
