Ordered 18 items today from Takealot and was told I will get them today only for the to deliver 6 items and tell me others were lost in transit like what the hell. What nonsensical service is this, how do I even trust them with bigger items. Had I known this nonsense will occur I would have gone to the shops to buy this items myself. FNB forex and international payment diving are the most useless departments ever, they take forever if ever to allocate payments. Payments are only allocated when you call and repeat call 100 times. They are meant to be a gate way for international payments but they are useless in every way. At this point I am going to remove all my business banking from FnB because the stress, incompetence and uselessness is not worth it. Followed up on payments for weeks and weeks still no allocation of funds, being told to call divisions you end up calling the entire AM
Good day, I received a message today indicating that my cover was terminated due to non-payment. This is incorrect. Payments are made via debit order, and the debit order was successfully processed. I therefore find the communication both inaccurate and concerning. I kindly request that this matter be corrected immediately and that my cover be reinstated without delay. Please also provide confirmation once this has been resolved to prevent any further inconvenience. I trust this will be addressed as a matter of urgency.

Took out my third home loan with FNB and they have honestly done their worst, Month 1 interest was R13 556.05 second month I am charged interest of R42 878.87 no reason provided for this, even their consultants cannot explain it. Why on earth will I be charged interest that is 4 times more without any reason, is this FNB;s new way of de*****ing us. I need this rectified urgently, I put it extra money in the account for my savings and it was all swallowed by the ridiculous interest that they took. I bought 5gig data from Vodacom and it was depleted in less than 1 hours with only a few WhatsApp chats, no video no streaming. Total reap off by Vodacom. They must just find new ways of *****ing from clients besides depleting 5 gig data in a blink of an eye
I am highly disappointed in the Capricom Polokwane branch service I have been engaging them since the beginning of the month to get my account activated, till today the account is still not active. I am running a business and need wifi, a consultant by the name of Marco has been on this case and it does not seem to be moving. I am extremely disappointed that today is the 1st, and our WiFi service is still not activated. I have been following up on this matter for the entire month, yet there has been no resolution. If you are not in a position to provide the service, kindly communicate this directly. At this stage, I need clarity on what further steps are required from my side to finally get this service activated. If we are struggling so much just to get activation how much worse will it be to get help when wifi is down.
I ordered all my household items from Takealot with a commitment that I will get them today by , I am driving to Limpopo to receive the items I am now told that they will deliver on Monday they did not even engage me if the date will suit me. Good day, I received a call from CCD Couriers indicating that the driver needed to speak with me. The call was cut off, and when I called back, I was placed on hold for almost five minutes before I could be assisted. At the time, I had stepped out of a meeting to respond to their call. When I eventually spoke to a consultant, I informed them that I would only be home after 15h00 and requested that delivery be arranged for after that time. The agent then placed me on hold again. I explained that I was presenting in a meeting and needed to return promptly, and I also enquired whether I could collect the parcel myself. Unfortunately, the delivery times are not flexible, even when paying the additional R180.00 for arranged delivery, which defeats the purpose of the extra fee. After returning to my meeting, I received four missed calls from CCD Couriers. I am concerned that they may claim I was unreachable, despite my earlier explanation. This experience has left me disappointed, as I have encountered similar challenges before. I would like to recommend that FNB consider alternative courier services for card deliveries, as my experiences with CCD Couriers have consistently been time-consuming and unnecessarily complicated. I have been an FNB client for decades and was happy when they introduced youth accounts as I thought it will be easy to get accounts for my kids. The process has been a nightmare I tried opening on my app multiple times but i never get it right, called the call center multiple times almost the whole day and I was send from pillar to post and I eventually gave up and engaging Capitec for my kids accounts. The online process is just a nightmare and it’s never success, call center agent are not able to help as well I am so disappointed with FNB on this youth account process
