Our wifi suddenly stopped working on Wednesday 19 February 2025. I called Capricom the following day and politely requested that they have a technition sent out to repair and or advise us on what to do. The operator logged the call and said a technition will be notified and that I can expect a call soon.
Friday several calls later, the same message was given to me still without any feedback or call from a technition. It is now Saturday the 22nd of Februay. I am still patiently awaiting a call from a Capricom tech.
The service I received in the past has generally been good. I do expect better service from them as I view myself as a valued and worthy customer.
