I am highly disappointed in the Capricom Polokwane branch service I have been engaging them since the beginning of the month to get my account activated, till today the account is still not active.
I am running a business and need wifi, a consultant by the name of Marco has been on this case and it does not seem to be moving.
I am extremely disappointed that today is the 1st, and our WiFi service is still not activated. I have been following up on this matter for the entire month, yet there has been no resolution. If you are not in a position to provide the service, kindly communicate this directly. At this stage, I need clarity on what further steps are required from my side to finally get this service activated.
If we are struggling so much just to get activation how much worse will it be to get help when wifi is down.
