I placed an online order with Captain Haddock Seafood Market, paid, and received confirmation, including an email promising same-day delivery (without tracking details). The delivery never arrived on the scheduled day.

When the delivery finally arrived the next day, I refused it due to the risk of food contamination with delayed seafood. My emails to Captain Haddock Seafood Market went unanswered.

Via WhatsApp, they initially confirmed a full refund and admitted they should have notified me about the delivery delay. However, despite multiple follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages providing my banking details, they have since ignored all communication and have not issued the promised refund.
