Absolute negligence and unprofessional

Absolute negligence. I serviced my car here in December. In January, a petrol attendant checked my fluids and found there was no oil in the engine. I was forced to buy oil immediately to avoid catastrophic engine damage—something that could have been completely avoided if this service centre had done their job.

When I reported this, management admitted the technician who worked on my car had been fired for negligence, meaning this clearly wasn’t the first incident. They agreed to redo the oil change but refused to reimburse me for the oil I had to buy because of their mistake. I was expected to absorb the cost of their incompetence.

To make matters worse, the person I dealt with was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the process. This level of carelessness could have destroyed my engine. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting this service centre with their vehicle.
