Mortified at what I bouth
I bought a BMW 116I from Car King in Newlands on 24/04/2025 for R90k cash. I was sold the car as is, however I was told that there are Runflat tyres on the vehicle, according to the tyre dealership there is not one Runflat on the vehicle. The batter in the vehicle is the incorrect batter, it is not even an AGM battery. Today my car just stopped working, only to find out that it could be the change that goes into the engine. I am so upset and Disappointed with the fact that they pulled the wool over my eyes just to make a sale.

That Morne Britz guy really needs XRepo,he doesnt know **** about customer service,we kept going back and forth with him for the car he kept more than 6months to be fixed only for him to give us sticky attitude with his red face,1st it was gearbox then now its computer box that was damaged by them mxm!

Poor salesman, incorrect information
They're advertising cars that does not exist they are poor and don't want to reveal their tru address. I was chatting Vai WhatsApp but the address they give dont correspond with Google maps plus no landlines contact, please find if they are legit. They might be *****ulent thank1

Vehicle Purchase Experience at Car King Randburg
I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding a vehicle purchase from Car King Randburg, which has turned out to be a deeply distressing and costly experience. From the moment we took delivery of the vehicle, it was clear that we had been misled. The car presented numerous hidden mechanical and body faults, and we later discovered that it had been previously involved in an accident and poorly repaired — a fact that was never disclosed to us. Shockingly, the vehicle still passed inspection, raising major concerns about the integrity of the process and those involved. Even more troubling is the strong suspicion that the odometer had been tampered with prior to the sale — a *****ulent and ******** offense. It appears that individuals at Car King may be working in collaboration with contacts at financial institutions to push through deals, regardless of the condition or legality of the vehicles being sold. When we attempted to raise these issues with the dealership, particularly with Morne and the bank representative involved, we were met with complete denial and a refusal to assist or accept any responsibility. Their behavior has made it nearly impossible to return the vehicle or resolve the situation in any meaningful way. It is deeply ********* — and possibly ******* — for a dealership to operate in this manner. Car King Randburg appears to target vulnerable buyers, especially those with limited knowledge of vehicles, exploiting their trust and excitement to own a car. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Car King Randburg to exercise extreme caution and conduct a thorough background check on both the dealership and the vehicle in question.

I rent to own a chev utility bakkie from them for almost a year asking for the settlement i went to we buy cars to find the estimated value to weigh up to the settlement amount,just to find out that the vehicle is been bought for R40k an resell to Carking for R55k and rented tow me for R129000 with 380....km on the clock and rent to me with 129.... odd kilometer without telling me as the client what ever their reason my be.Thinking you got a bakkie with low kilometers meantime its got nearly 400...km on the clock. Stay away from Carking they are ************* and rude.
